1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.elitepro.in or using any ElitePro service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About ElitePro

ElitePro Tax & Business Consulting provides:

• Tax and compliance services (ITR, GST, ROC, TDS)
• Business consulting and training
• Online courses and workshops via GrowthMBA (growthmba.com, powered by Graphy)
• Professional community platform (ProCircle — launching soon)

3. Service Terms

3.1 Compliance Services (ITR, GST, ROC, Accounts):

• Services commence only after document submission and payment confirmation
• Timelines are subject to government portal availability and client document submission
• ElitePro is not liable for penalties arising from delayed document submission by the client
• All filings are done based on information provided by the client — accuracy is the client's responsibility

3.2 Business Consulting (The Business Superhero):

• Sessions are by appointment only
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
• ElitePro provides advisory services — business outcomes are not guaranteed

3.3 Online Courses & Workshops (GrowthMBA):

• Course access is provided upon payment confirmation
• Course content is intellectual property of ElitePro
• Sharing, reselling or reproducing course content is strictly prohibited
• Certificates are issued upon course completion

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before service commencement
• ElitePro reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit documents in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not misuse the platform or services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on elitepro.in and growthmba.com including text, graphics, course material and branding is the property of ElitePro. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElitePro shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from government portal downtime or policy changes
• Business decisions made based on our advisory services
• Technical issues beyond our control

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Client's City], India.

Refund Policy

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Compliance Services (ITR, GST, ROC, Accounts):

• Full refund if service has not been initiated
• No refund once filing or registration process has been started
• In case of duplicate payment, full refund will be processed within 7 working days

9.2 Business Consulting (TBS):

• Full refund if cancellation is made 24 hours before scheduled session
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

9.3 Online Courses & Workshops (GrowthMBA):

• Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• No refund after 7 days or if more than 20% content has been accessed
• Workshop fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced
• Cohort program fees: partial refund (50%) if requested before cohort start date, no refund after cohort begins

9.4 Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
